Yeah i am considering getting the HOrnet systme too. HOw do you like it, does it make your car chirp when you lock the doors. Also what is the revenger 6 tone alarm, is that the common sounding alarm that i hear EVERY single car with?

I have a question about the factory security upgrage, What are all possble ways to set off the alarm once it is armed. I dont really need a high-tech security system but just a little more security than the stock ( lock, unlock, panic).
thanks

yes to all of the above. but waht i like about any DEI system (Viper, hornet, clifford etc.), is that its customizable (by the installer). you can have it chirp, honk the horn, lights....or not. http://www.directed.com/Products/Security/Default.aspx

that's something you would have to get done at a shop. make sure you get the warranty of the product AND the labor. they don't necessarily retail those things.
