It seems like the air is always turned on even when I press the off button. It seems like theres always some air blowing out. Is that right? You guys know what I'm talking about?

you need to press the recirculating button...the one on the lower left side with an arrow that goes all the way around...otherwise it is on the open vent...that's why the air will always be "on"

That is correct I also think you need to press the recirculate button ,because the vents stay open and pull air from outside.

Haha if your pulling outside air in, make some vents at the back of your car and you got some aerodynamics

Its the outside air coming in when your recirculation is off. If your going fast enuf, and the air outside is cool enough, u prob wont even need a/c.

Airs coming from outside thru the vents, turn on the recycling air or close the vents and you won't feel it .
