x2. That's what I was going to say.
With all that CF on there and the slanted exhaust, that's an easy target for a cop having a bad day.
Remember; in Cali, they can pull you over even if THEY SUSPECT your tC is a 'race' car.
The fitment of the hood still looks like crap IMHO. But as long as you're ok with it, its all good.

I'm gonna adjust it a bit, and I'm debating about installing the Sparco hood pins I have..... I really don't want to, but for the safety of the hood I guess.

 

honestly i like hood pins plus added security, i dont think u could go wrong as long as u have a steady hand.

Edit: i do like the hatch fitment, looks very good.

 

It's not about the actual installation, it's about how it'll look.
Hood pins just kinda mess up the lines IMO.
If I do install them, then I would want to smoke out my foglights.
I dunno if this sounds weird, but theres to many pairs of things and to much silver unbalancing the front and rear.

But thank you about the hatch, I went through hell and back to prove that the horrible fitment on my hatch was cause of the stupid pedestal spoiler shocks.

 

what spoiler is that you have? Doesn't quite look like an oem lip or an m3. What the heck is it? Is it just part of the aftermarket cf hatch you purchased? Where did you get it? Looks good.
