shipping delema
so i sold a TRD axle back and after i shipped it out i got sent back to me because of weight and the box bulging, so i took it to UPS today and they said, they didn't have a new box that it would fit in, and it would cost over 100 to ship, its been over two weeks and the guys i sold it two still doesn't have what he payed for how did you guys ship sold exhausts.. mostly OEM style ones. where did you get boxes and how much did it cost. i wanna get this thing were it needs to be asap
I had this happen to me as well. I ended up just taking two boxes and taping them together to make the box big enough to fit my exhaust. I used USPS to ship though and they had no problems with it. The guy the bought it from me got the exhaust in like 5 days and it was fine.
how much did they charge? cause they told me if i did that over 100
yes it is tell him in sorry about this crap, im trying to get it worked out as quick as i can.

you could also just "cut out" a "TOP PART, and BOTTOM PART" from cardboard, then wrap the outside of it COMPLETLY in bubble wrap.
Basically, make a"sandwich" out of it. Trust me, with thick bubble wrap, and someone handling it properly, you wont get any damage.
It may look "ghetto" and UPS may say that they cant "cover" the package if something happens, and they will make you sign a waiver, but UPS isnt as crappy as the USPS, who just kinda dont care most of the time. They take better care of packages than the stupid post office.
