Has anyone heard if TWM is planning on making a short shifter for the tC and has anyone had any problems with the xB version... I heard they are good.

 

I wonder if the shifter is the same as the Celica GT or GTS... Email/call TWM and find out. I want a TWM for my xA...but it's expensive...

 

Yea well I didn't really think of calling them... :o , but I just did and they are located in canda (HQ) so they haven't looked at the tc in person but will in the next week... and he said it takes about two-three weeks for it to be tested... He is 90% sure it will be a crossover to another type so if it is we can get them in a month or so... The guy I talked to thinks it could be a corolla short shifter.

 

yea i was lookin up in scion if they had a short shift thrower available to the accesories, but no... they really need that, for me....

they probably would have it available when the supercharged version comes out...

 

TRD supposedly has a quikshifter in development and will probablt release soon....


TWM is a reputable company and i have seen there products when i owned my Celica GTS. their short shifter for the celica was crazy short..the shortest made for the celica.

I would buy their products but ill prolly wait for the TRD quikshifter b/c i had one in my celica gt-s and absolutely loved it.....
