Hey, did you have any problems puting the lights back together and do you have any foggin issues?

 

not at all, the oem headlights are glued and screwed together, which makes them going back together tightly nice!! it has been 3 days now and still no issues, i leave for work around 620am and there is dew on the ground and still no moisture in the lights

 

Thats great to hear. Did you add any additional glue when putting them back together? Oh, and you have to heat again to reassemble huh?

 

yeah, i reheated the base and added just a little glue where it looked like it could use it, and like i said the screws helped out alot!!!

 

Ahh. Now I just need to figure out the glue...haha.

I think fujita_tc was thinking of the cf overlay that goes on the exterior of the headlight, right where the eyebrow is =D

 

lol i have the cf eyelids but damn never thought about baking it open and putting it inside....nice....very nice..

 

Do a nightshot of the angel eyes lit up, I wasnt able to get the larger rings to work for me, kept breaking the damn things.

These are a custom piece with the CF laid right on top of the plastic lens piece that's inside the headlight and then trimmed down to size.

Yeah... I'll cross that bridge when I come to it. Supposedly the the resin used is UV-resistant, we'll see how it goes.

Yeah, at least for me the rings didn't line up up *perfectly* with the headlight rims. I just got them as close as I could and drilled my wiring holes to accommodate. I'll take a night shot after I redo my wiring to add the parking light bulb back in.
