LMAO @ twincharging a tc

 

umm...there's been a twin-charged tC already...

 

and it failz... ^^^ putting a s/c and turbo in the same setup is an insult to turbos and s/c designers.... one works 1 way and the other works another way...

 

Well, it could be effective with a roots type supercharger. But the trd is centrifugal. Not to mention I don't know of anyone making enough power with a tC where a ball bearing turbo wouldn't be more than effective enough at eliminating most boost lag. So in general its a huge waste of money and time.

 

Confirmed, all new ___ coming for my tC :D. My car will be finished by the end of the year.

you could make more with just a turbo. especially since they're using a GT40 turbo

hahahaha, I should be picking up the stuff at the end of November. It's gonna be nice having a finished car lol. There is def more stuff I want (D3, Advan RZ or RS, Progress coilovers...) but I need to stop lol. Gotta start building a car for the track next spring and start putting more money away for my Vette .
