All of a sudden after 5k miles I have a rgough shutter when Im in first going from a stop as if Im letting the clutch out without giving it enough gas . It happens at all RPM ranges and it also does it when Im in reverse. Anyone know what this might be?? Im gonna take it in for service ASAP but I was just wondering what you guys think it might be????

 

what rpm are you letting the clutch out at?
you might need a clutch adjustment

 

it does it any any RPM. I have tried many different RPMs to see if I could narrow it down to a certain band but to no avail. I have tried 1.5K 2K 2.5K 3K 3.5K and 4K Im not willing to try anything higher because at that point its obvious there is a problem

my old eclipse did that........the clutch isn't meshing correctly with the flywheel........get to the dealer immediately and try not to drive alot......

 

So what needed to be done to fix it? I have an appointment for tuesday at the dealership. Im wondering how long they will have it????
