UPDATE! new spec stage 2 clutch put in. Anyone near Stanhope, NJ with transmission problems/jobs go to Victor Dean Transmission by far the best guy around! Also poly mounts are in! I think my clutch pedal assembly is messed up. Since I did the swap my clutch grabs about half an inch from the ground even with the push rod all the way out. do you think messing with pedal height may yield some results? Overall very happy. Now 500 mile break in =[. Then back to stock for inspection, then turbo! =D p.s. anyone close to Roxbury, NJ with a stock header i can borrow/buy/trade for raceland I'd be very very very grateful! So stoked for the next couple months.
Update! adjusted pedal height/freeplay and added a clutch pedal stop. shiftings like butter!
got spec stage 2 clutch, mobil1 syn gear oil, cage/cable bushings, cage risers, megan short shifter, stainless steel clutch line, extended slave pushrod (for more adjustment), and the pedal stop. compared to a stock tc its night and day!
also, both poly mounts are in as well as the exhaust. calling the tuner tomorrow to set up a dyno day!
so excited, stay tuned!

ecu, yes. (although auto ecu WILL "work" you just get a c.e.l.)
harness, no.
all i did was bypass the neutral safety switch and wire in a reverse sensor connector off a manual harness and capped all the other wires off and viola!

so another update lol snapped 3 bolts off in the exhaust side of the turbo housing. any ideas on getting them out? don't wanna try easy-outs cus they're notorious for breaking inside and causing a bigger headache. also dont really wanna drill them out and mess the threads up. might take it to a machine shop because i need to get my charge pipe welded up and the flange welded onto it. then off to home depot for misc bolts. i hate forced induction....when does this start to get fun?
i dont consider mine modded either besides a few small things i have changed from factory. nothing major.but im in for a meet.
