IMO you should remove the rear quarter vinyl as well.
It looks a bit out of place cause it just cuts off.

The paint on the lugs will chip too quickly especially after mounting them.

As a side note, since I have no clue about 'em, is that a Megan C-Pillar in your ride? Do they make a noticeable difference in handling? Can you keep the back seats installed with this thing in?

There should a significant decrease in body roll once you have it installed and it's compatible with your stock seats. -Phoenix

edit- assuming you're running a full custom suspension. If you're on stock sway and springs then that little bar will have minimal affects on your ride.
