snowdriftin :)
I know its dangerous and what not, but if you find a nice big open empty parking lot with alot of snow on the ground, it is so much fun. you dont have to go over 15 mph, and its soooooo smoooth. bah im stupid, i JUST got my back too. ironically, i wasn't TRYING to drive like an idiot when i screwed it up
but no, does anyone else enjoy this wonderful pasttime?
haha, well, you just have to be careful. people hear words like drift or ghostride or what ever the devil kids are doing with thier cars these days and immidiately assume you are doing it drunk or just irresponsibly. If you just go slow to get a feel for it, make sure nothing/no one is around, and learn how your car reacts to the conditions you can do it pretty safely. Idk, i didn't get my car over 20 and when i actualy did drift i was only going 8.
i would do it with my old car. i wish i had more videos of it though

dude I'm a F*$&ing E-brake king in the snow!
haha that ish is so fun! I know exactly what your talking about. I've been wanting to make a video for so long.
The only thing I hate is how much snow gets sprayed up on the car. I just washed my car and the forecast is clear a for a bit *knocks on wood* so even though I know a few unplowed lots, I wont be sliding for a while now. I hate how dirty cars get in the winter.
and your right its not dangerous as long as your not stupid. just avoid walls, block, posts, etc and strictly choose lots that are completely empty and I do not think your are doing anything wrong.
Snowdrift FTW haha

I worked security for 5 years at major design companies warehouse here in NJ. When it snowed really bad they would no open, So I was alone for sometime up to 14 hours. So I had a lot of winter snow days of driftting my car around the parking lot. it was great cause the parking lot had only one island. and I would drift around it on snowy days. and sometimes on rainy days. I haven't done this on the tc yet.
but here are some pix of where I worked. and my celica that I used to drift.

Every time I try to play around with the tc in parking lots its just a let down. Rear wheel drive is soooooooo much more fun when messing around. Back in high school me and my friend would sit there doing donuts on the ice covered school parking lot for 15 minutes straight and the tires wouldn't even have noticeable wear. Dry donuts on the otherhand...got a flat tire after 2 minutes once....oops
I've never tried reverse doughnuts lol
funny thing, when I used to have my xB I could actually pull off a full doughnut just by working the e-brake correctly
not so much luck with the tC but big sweeping drifts are more fun anyway :-)

haha i cant do donuts but i can do 180s. now i use it to park haha, when i pull up, i grab the ebrake so it swings the back closer to the curb, instead of straitening out. of coarse, i dont do this in citys, just in nieghborhoods.
