so the a/c compressor is fine, and there isn't any freon leaking nor is there a leak...however, while the compressor is fine it isn't turning on...is there a relay or fuse that controls the compressor turning on.....btw im going based off the guy who checked my car that the compressor is fine...

 

check fuse box under hood next to battery,there shold be a relay and fuse,may have to look up the diagram to figure out which one,as i am not sure,the relay may be stuck in open position,does the fan and other stuff work
