Default So this is goodbye

Tomorrow i will be trading my 07 scion tc with 67,000 miles on it for a used 2008 Mitsubishi lancer evo X gsr with 9,667 miles on it and its bone stock.
My scion tc has been so good to me hopefully it won't go to some punk and get totaled in a month.

Great trade. Especially since you live in snowy areas!

With a tune on a stock platform yes i can push more out of it i can make 400+ hp with just an exhaust and an ecu reflash. Bigger cams bigger injectors and a bigger turbo plus supporting mods of course and i will be well on my way to serious power

Evo's and sti's are the only 4 door cars i would ever think about owning. My scion started to break i needed a new water pump replaced that nothing major but its something i don't wanna put money into to a 4 spd auto with just 160hp to the crank front wheel drive it was just to boring for me it was a great 4 years to learn to drive on no accident or anything so i think its time to move on.

EVO > STI anyday in all categories.

Only issue I have with the Evos are that the people driving them tend to be complete dicks. I have yet to meet an Evo owner I actually liked. They talk ____ on everyone and act like they know everything. Good luck with the Evo community is all I can say.

and i didnt buy a manuel or turbo it cus its a scion tc. To me no offense to anyone on here you do what you like, want, and believe on. Modding the engine in a scion tc is like beating a dead horse i can put tons of money into and its still really not gonna be that fast.

Sounds like something an EVO owner would say due to ignorance. 350 whp on a bone stock motor can easily be achieved. No offense taken but don't judge a book until you've explored that area. Will I get my butt kicked at the track by a 350 whp EVO? Yes, AWD FTW but that being said, I've beaten and EVO 8 with light mods, a few SRT-4's and a stock EVO 10 on highway pulls. Not too shabby for <23k car (including motor mods) cost.

No offense taken but just laying that out there and I would definitely trade up for an EVO also.

Awesome upgrade I'm jealous

I'm planning to go EVO or STi someday. I could never afford it anytime soon though. Maybe after I graduate...
