so after browsing through the forums and such for some time, i've noticed a lot of flaws with the tC. how unbearable are those problems? rattles, creaks and such.

and now if you've knew of all these problems with the tC (rattles, creaks, gas, etc), would you still buy it again?

the tc actually has relatively few problems for being a brand new car.

a buddy of mine bought a focus the first year it came out and has had nothing but problems.

tc drivers seem to be way too picky.

yeah, all cars come w/ their own problems. the rsx has alot of complaints about 3rd gear grinding. i haven't had any problems w/ that tho (so far) and hopefully i won't. i also don't like the turning radius on my car. can't bust a u-turn if my life depended on it. but to stay on topic, i would still buy it if i knew about those problems before i bought it.

Me too. And I'm trying to get my brother to get the RS 1.0 tC. The rattle can be fixed, I think they actually have by now because of the complaints. I would love it if they came with Pirellis though.

I have bought one and there is no way that I would go back on my decision. For the price, it can't be beat.

for everyone on here who complains about a rattle, there's probably one hundred who don't experience it! actually, i did, then it went... weird... but anyway, i used to own a ford, so i can assure you, a rattle is a blessing compared to some things...

Ditto...

I've got over 31,000 miles on mine (140 mile round-trip commute daily) with no problems and it's still a BLAST to drive. Mine is an automatic, but it still has great acceleration to get around the slowpokes.
