What did you use to paint?

 

i used duplicolor wheel paint.. in bronze... i got it at autozone... 2 cans of bronze and a can of clear. i did 4 coats of bronzew and 2 coats of clear

As long as you like it, that's all that matters.

 

I went out and bought the black can I was wondering if you could tell me honestly how you like them and how long it exactly took.

(PS) I will be borrowing my friends 15" GTI wheels apparently they have the same bolt pattern 5x100 haha...

 

i wouldnt do black.... do gold or bronze..

and ur gonna need alot of sandpaper...
the scary part is sanding down the the rims

 

i like. the paint. any prep work required (besides taking off the tires?) how long did they take to do? do they sell other colors besides bronze?

 

sanding... took a while me and my best friend did them.. then tape the tires then paint. they sell bronze black and silver... but i guess u can used other auto paint but it just doesnt last as long.
