i park my car at asu west today noone can park to my left or in front of me or the back, only from the right. you would think chances of getting hit would be slim. i finish class go to my car and go to mcdonalds, there was a huge white truck next to me when i left, than i come back and and park in another spot. when i leave there is another white car next to me. im driving home and i hit a curb with my tire so ii stop and look at my back right rim. i scratched which sucked then i look closer and all around the wheel well is white paint and scuff marks, somoeone must have hit me while trying to park and just kept going the paint and scuff marks were from back of wheel well all the way to like half a foot of the front end of the back wheel well. i got home and sprayed it wish like lysol or something and scrubed soo hard. the white paint came off but there are scuff marks and scratches all on it, i have a flint mica so not that noticable but still a little noticable. i tryed whiping scuff marks and scratches off but wont come off. PEOPLE DO NOT HAVE RESPECT FOR OTHER PEOPLES VEHICLES. any ideas and what i should do about the scuff marks, theres a good amount. becarful parking.

 

this makes no sense. so theres only damage to ur wheel? and no damage to ur body? how does someone just hit your rim? I think the white paint maybe from the curb and no one hit u at all.

 

he said around the WHEEL WELL!! meaning the part around the tire on the body.

ohh good idea ill take pics tomorrow. no i hit the wheel, the damage is on the body all around the wheel well.

that happened to my car too... I came back to it after school and someone hit/scraped the front fender/wheel well... after I cleaned it up, there was no damage though..

You should have used something like wax or Scratch-X and something non-abrasive to clean the white paint off and buff the scratches out. It sounds like you might have done more harm than good with your Lysol and hard scrubbing.

 

Happen to me after a month of having my car. Someone backed into it and took off., Cost me 4 bills to fix.
