Stock **** on TWM
I put my stock shift **** back on my TWM short shiffer just for ____s n' giggles and all I have to say is wow! I never tried it once I installed the short shift. I always heard you needed a heavier counter wieght... not true. Its got a great feel and smooth throws. not that this is a huge revelation, just thought I'd share it.

I too would have kept my stock shift **** on the car, if only it won't eventually turn all shiny and plasticky looking after a year of driving. I just hate it when that happens! The steering wheel rim usually has the same problem too.

I like the stock **** - I'm not too worried about the durability either. If it wears out like Chombi said, I'll deal with it then. I really need to get around to getting a short shifter... if I hadn't just sworn not to blow money on unnecessary $hit, i'd be all over it.
