Strange vibration problem
Recently te last few nights when I'm on the express way when I get to about 65+ there is a lot of vibration and what seems like a really strange "bassy" noise coming from the front end. Then I'll slow down to 55 for about a minute and when I accelerate between 65-80 there's no vibration anymore. Could this be an alignment issue or something else?

In my experience, when you get a vibration through a specific speed range like that, it's usually caused by tire/wheel balance. If it appeared suddenly, rather than gradually, then you probably lost a wheel weight. If you get it balanced the shop should retorque your lugs properly. If you've done any work on the car recently, or had the wheels removed for any reason, then it quite possibly could just be a loose lugnut. Any time you have aluminum-alloy wheels you should re-torque the lugs after about 60-100 miles of driving. Steel wheels have a bit that flexes when you tighten the lugs down - it works just like a lock washer. Alloy wheels don't have this, so when the wheel heats and cools (causing the metal to expand and contract) from driving the lugs may come loose.
