Default Street Scion in amarillo TX BEWARE

Ok so i posted about how great street scion in amarillo is. Well i still beleive they are the best dealership i have ever worked with but time will tell. This is whats going on about 7 weeks ago i went in to have my 2nd oil change 10,000 mil. and have my tires rotated. Well i pick my car up and notice that when they rotated the tires they chipped and marred the rims. So i tell the service manger and he told me that he hill get back with me. Well i called him back last week and he wasn't sure what they were going to do about it. Ill give them a few more days before i call back.

I was wondering if anyone ellse has had a issue with the dealer rotating the tires.

wow great help ^^^^

anways

when I had damage to my car my dealer was the same way and just said they didnt know what they wanted to do.

I called Scion Headquarters and told them about what was going on.
Well the next day the dealer called me and told me to come in and get the problem fixed

Give Scion HQ a try

I had a dealer scratch my car, they said they would take it to their body shop for repairs. I chose to pay my body shop to do it and not waste my time with the dealer.

Hope everything works out for you, future advice tho, dont go to dealers. They people who do service like oil and tire rotations are usualy "new" guys there, between 18-22 years old and dont really know much about anything. I had one guy ask me what VVTI meant. Never again.

that never happened to me, the guys are good at street scion to me, but then again, i never had my tires rotated there, i take mine to peerless tires (on the blvd near martin rd.) they're good there! but!! before they had moved to soncy st. & was still on georgia st. they fckd up my lip spoiler & installed it slanted.. when they re-did it, it was still off a little bit (i was already fustrated so i took it as is, nothing major but was disappointed with them)
