Sub Box Help
Ive had a jl 3v3 10inch sub for about 6 months now in one of jl audio's boxes but have not secured it down. I realize that it could be stolen easily and if i crashed it could possibly hurt the passengers and/or me. The problem is i still want to be able to access the spare tire and tools in the trunk space of my tc but i also want to figure out a way to build a box into the side of the car (perferably the in trunk area), without having it in the passenger area. Has anybody done this (im sure somebody has) and do they have pictures of what it looks like?

You could buy a box, such as this.. and mod it to do what you want..

Or.. troll around the scionlife classifieds.. there are tons of subboxes for tC's.. Luckily you have a really popular model.. so finding a box shouldn't be very difficult.

a buddy of mine put a 12" subwoofer on the rear hatch.
but i found this one, https://www.scionlife.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=186517
