...how? My car IS a fancy Passat, and i've taken the rear hub apart to put my STaSIS coilovers on. It's purely mechanical. I have no idea how that could have happened.

On another note, exhaust for 3.2 = sexy. That would be my first thing to get.
I don't know. I am just going off what my friend told me. I thought it was a little weird too. Maybe the service guys at VW were just feeding her a load. If you've actually taken the thing apart, I'll take your word over his. Interesting...

i think the $34k everyone is thing of is with navigation, the non-nav stickers for 32k(its on vw's website if you don't trust me) and they have been out for a few months so we got a pretty good deal plus we had a trade in

r32s are made in good ole wolfsburg, germany

as for aftermarket exhaust, the cheapest prefab is around $899 but all the ones that sound any better than the stock (which sounds heavenly) are $1400+ so i am going to try to get wheels first

...maybe axis superhiros in black with blue outerline......then it would really show off the big brakes

Everybody does them, but a clean set of BBS LMs would be amazing on that car. IMO.

it is incredibly smooth, especially the transmission, you can't even feel it shift in D mode

idk about bbs, a bunch of people have them on vwvortex but i've never really liked that style of rim. i like 5-10 spoke wheels

I drive a stick on UT campus. It's not even close to bad...
