Anyone seen this?
http://blog.cardomain.com/2009/04/15...-new-scion-tc/

that seems like a pretty hamfisted approach to building a drift car. also, motegi FTL.

I guess they ran out of money for nicer wheels. What wheels are they running on Gushi's car?

Why would you wanna run nicer volks/ssr's/works/advans when you might possibly hit the wall on the first turn going +90mph and eff them up? i saw ALOT of teams running Rotas in last years FD....it only makes sense

Thats not even a tC anymore!!! Different engine and RWD conversion, on a body of a tC. Looks sick though.

that firewall has to be cut up man.. its probably re welded and rebuilt on the inside to make it look like it stock but i highly doubt it wasnt hacked.

you have a point, but they could have at least left the center caps off.

thats not even close to a production car anymore. whats next? full tube-frame drift race cars? unless Formula D starts tightening their rules, you'll see cars that resemble "production" cars like Nascar and funny car dragsters.

from an engineering standpoint, that tC is impressive.

Doesn't have to have an audio setup for them to sponsor the car. What Rockstar parts do you think the car has?
