Damn! Could've saved nearly $40 in taxes if would've ordered from mcgeorge or trdsparks. And they won't let me do local pickup to save on shipping. Oh well, must learn to be more patient next time and not to order from Carson Scion anymore...

Are you sure McGeorge or Trdsparks doesn't charge taxes? I was bummed out to find that I was charged taxes by Carson also... which I'm very disappointed!!! The price they gave me is not SHIPPED!!! It's just with free shipping.

 

We only charge tax in VA but most of our VA customers pick up there parts here and save on shipping.

 

Darn, I see... I live in CA so maybe that's why I was charged by Carson. And I missed your sale by only one day!!! :?

 

Unless the business selling the parts has a local establishment, they are not required to collect taxes on the transaction. Some states may differ though...YMMV.

I wanted to return the parts to Carson after UPS dropped them off earlier this week but noticed there is a 15% restocking charge on ALL parts. Would've been nice to have known that before my order was placed and nowhere on their website does it states their return policy or for that fact, any type of policies... buyer beware.
