Default tC good for taller than average drivers??

:::ATTENTION ALL TC OWNERS:::
I am a few months away from buying my very own Flint Mica tC .....however I am concerned with the issue of headroom and leg space with me being 6'3 tall ....

Does anyone else have any input on this query??

There is no problem. People just really need to read their manuals. You can ADJUST the ride height in the tC.. there is a little lever to your left that if you press DOWN the ride height of the driver side seat lowers. I am 5'11 and I have a good 7 inches of headroom. I don't lean my seat way back. I do lean my seat back, Although I do lean it back for comfort. 6'3" you won't have a problem dude. enjoy your new tC. And this post was in no way directed towards anyone. Just in general people should read their manuals and find out most of the stuff they complain about can be adjusted or fixed by the information given to you in the manual.

Im 6' 2" myself and I would say it fits me pretty comfortable. Up till Feb. when I got my TC I always drove trucks so coming from that yeah, its smaller but just takes a little time to get used to. The seats are great even on long trips, I drove my TC up to Niagara Falls which is about 6 hours from northern New Jersey with no real issues. I usually drive with the front sun shade pulled back just cuz my hair rubs it so being basicly the same hight you will prob prefer the same. Other than that I think you'll find it to be just fine, even the back seats. Pull the seats forward and theres even enough room for you and a girl in the back... Hope this helps.. Check out my TC on the link below ~Tony~

Well it won't be bad if you're longer in the legs than the torso. If you're the other way around it will be tight.

6'2 and built like a football player and have no problems...

And I also wear size 14 if you have any questions about having 'too big' of feet for the MT...no problems what so ever.

Enjoy your tC!

im 6'3'', size 13 no problems at all...this is my first stick so the seat is closer than when i drove automatic but if you wanted the seat all the way back you should have plenty of room for that also, head space is not an issue

Also 6'1" size 13s... my feet are a little close when I touch the pedals but I also picked stupid shoes with wider soles... shouldn't be a problem (looks like it's not) for other people.

At first my kness room was cramped but then someone here posted about the lever that actually lowers the seat bottom height. This worked like a charm, now it's perfect!

I’m 6’8” and a little over 250 pounds, size 13 shoes and I fit fine. I do have the seat as far back as it will go and the seat reclined a little bit. If I have the sunshade closed my hair will almost touch the ceiling. Overall not too bad considering my size.

im 6'2" and i fit in my car fine....when I spike my hair it brushes the moonroof cover, but nothing bad. I can actually see better out of the windshield in the TC when I am driving than any other car that I have driven in. I think it is because of how the windshield was mounted on the car....
