Does anyone know how to adjust the headlight height of the tC?

 

look behind the headlights, there are 8mm bolt heads for adjustment.

 

If your headlights are allready facing below mid level, you have a problem and should go to the dealer, I'm sure its under warranty. Otherwise, don't be an _______ and make your lowbeams aim so high it blinds other drivers. It's the kind of attention you want.
