Rite on bro, we bought our tC new off the lot when my wife was looking for a lil car and we still have it today, it went from my wife to my youngest daughter, who is college bound, back to us as a floater car. I drive it from time to time and I also own a 99 Firehawk trans am convertible (330+hp) and have owned numerous car since I was 16, age is only a mind thing, yea were almost 50 but I bet were pretty cool and hip by today's standards because we really don't feel old. These are good lil sport entry level cars that hold up well, thats why they appeal to people of ALL ages, IMHO.
If they look good, all the more better.

Yup, I had a candy apple red '68 Camaro with a 427 that I sold so I could put a down payment on a house. Couldn't afford to put gas in in it now anyway lol - it was more like gpm than mpg.
The Scion doesn't exactly feed the 'need for speed', but that's what bikes are for. I have two very fast snowmobiles too, so my arms get stretched all year round.
That's one good thing about being older - more toys than the kids!

Amen, brother!!
ZX-11 VERY nice choice!! I had a 515 horse 74 Nova with cage, tubs, fuel cell, tunnel ram, and full MSD. That was after selling my 1970 Cutlass with the '69 Toronado GT engine with 425 horses and 515 lbft of torque. That SOB would rotate the EARTH!!!

from what i have gathered people (older) dont even know scion is a toyota brand and when they go to the dealer and see that it is a toyota brand and warranty then they have second opinions and get them, also i see that parents buy the car for there kids but then there stuck with th car when the kid goes to college and end up driving the car themselves!
