My car was in an accident.. long story short i hit another car that failed to yelid so it was his fault... ended up costing $11k to fix my car... it took them over two months to find parts for it because its so new.. took them 3 weeks to get parts from it sucked

Damn people, forget the car for a second, what about the person. So, did you sustain any injuries and how fast was the collision between the two cars? Also, if you were injured, how long before you are back at 100%? I'm glad this ordeal is mostly over for you.

haha i was fine... i saw it comming i knew i was going to hit him.. first thing i said was "are u kidding me" lol... the kid tried to run.. he made it half way down the street and hid his beer bottles and returned slowley because i hit his back tire.. luckly he hid the bottles behind a church that has cameras and the security guard came out and told the cops... 17 year old boy...

First off--glad that you're ok and crackin' jokes about your unfortunate accident. Second, why didn't the insurance just 'total' your car? Unless you and your tC have some sort of special bond, I don't see why it wasn't 'totaled'. I'm not an ins. agent, but that sure seems to be a lot of $$$ in damages. I'm glad you're back on the road!

 

because the insurance co is retarded i only owe like 12k on it to... the value of my car has gone WAY down..were fighting w, them now to get that money- "diminished value claim" thats my super charger lol
