decision but mainly the lack of recognition as a friendly project by
the Scion dealerships around the country and the viability of
other Scion based solutions such as ScionLife.com and YourSciontC.com we
feel that the community will be able to scrap together the solutions they
need. Please go to the forums at https://www.scionlife.com to get your Scion tC
support and contribution based solutions.Thanks to all who have worked so
hard to make this project great. To bad it was not great enough. If you
need to use our site for research we will leave them up for a while.

That's a stupid April fool's joke to be done by tctunerz. They already have a bad reputation and for them to send out the email saying they are closing, reemphasises to those don't trust already, that they have a fly by night operation that rips people off. I'm not bashing tctunerz, personally I think they have a nice and informative site for tc owners, but for those who just read the emails or look at the main page, they're probably saying to themselves: I knew they a bunch of scam artists out to take peoples' money and close shop.

 

Hahahaa I was like wtf!!! Then I seen the whole Jimmy Nutron thing.. haha big head dude...

 

What's sad is, i bet tctunerz wanted to see us cry out and want them back. But sadly to say, it seems as though the scion community wouldn't mind if it did close shop.

 

no no no. A good rinse is what you do when you don't have time to give your car a full wash!

funny thing is now they are not a site sponsor

 

tctunerz sucks. overpriced, people are annoying, and just plain morons. good riddance. here's the e-mail they sent me today:

...It was an April fool’s joke.

We are very happy that so many people responded so strongly about the
importance of tCtunerZ. We are not closing, we are growing. This year will
be a great year. We have added more staff and within a few months should
have a new warehouse. Going forward, tCtunerZ is not just a project managed
by a team of automotive specialists, our parent company Q Workz Master
Creations is turning tCtunerZ into its own division within the TunerZ
Network. We are building a better organization that serves the interest of
the visitors no matter where he/she maybe located.

Look for continued development of tCtunerZ on a weekly basis. Look for the
new Pro edition which will have additional features and support.

Look for more partnerships and better Scion tC information and
documentation. The things we have planned, in the works, and almost done are
as awesome as the people working to make it happen.

So we are not closing. It was a Joke, we were jerks for a day and you are
the greatest community the internet has ever had.
