Thanks for the help
I have nothing against friend-to-friend transactions but do it clean and professional. First off check with kelly blue book what the suggested value is based on the condition and mileage; then shop around via newspaper/dealers how much theirs are. But if you insist on your friend's car, I'd still have it checked by a mechanic/shop for evaluation/condition.
no just take the car to some places to have it checked out that it won't have like something wrong that might cost you money which could be the reason to why he is selling it. also i see your 17yrs, have you talked about it with your parents yet?
Yes i have. my dad said he's gonna check it and i gave him the VIN # already. The guy selling it said theres no problem with the car. but were gonna have it checked anyways. My dad will talk to the guy and everything. I've always wanted a Scion. Thanks alot for your help.
