tire keeps deflating, warranty? who do i contact?
I bought my fm tc back in april 2006 and it currently has 4500 miles in it. My front left tire (Stock Bridgestone Potenza) keeps deflating (thanks to my tire warning light telling me) and it usually takes a week and a half / 2 weeks for my tire pumped at 45-48 psi (51 psi max) to deflate to 28-30 psi.
Do I call my dealership? Or do I call Scion? How about Bridgestone? Not really sure. Any suggestion will do.
Thanks In Advance,
Carl

i doubt anyone will warrenty the tire unless it is proven to be defective. have you had the tire checked by a shop? maybe it is just a small nail or a beed leak, both generally fixable for 10 bucks!

45psi???
are you nuts
should have 32psi all the way around
probably have a valve stem leak or the seal around the rim/tire isn't correct

Over deflated tires will cause them to wear unevenly. They will wear more in the middle than on the outer tread.
Underdeflated will wear unevenly also. They will wear more on the outside and less on the inside. Underdeflated tires will make you get slightly lower MPG too.

Could be defective tire, tire valve, tire valve cap, bead seat, wheel, or damage to any of those. Need to find out which part has the problem THEN fix the problem.
If it is a defective tire, the warranty is by the tire manufacturer, not Scion.
