Default Top Shop tC Headliner

We are almost done ladies and gentlemen, olny about 2 more weeks to go on the mold and these babies will be ready for production!! I only have this photo of the mold we just popped but these are going to look great when made out of Carbon Fiber.

As soon as they are done I will post and have a sponsorship to sell them on this site. You guys on here will be the only ones with that are offered this for the time being. I'll see what the group buy price will be on them and get back to you as soon as possible.
Enjoy!
Thanks
Justin B

Hopefully everthing goes right and we can start before 2 weeks. We got the process of making the molds pretty much done to a science it just take time to get perfected. Aslo this headliner is pretty big, we have 50 in. carbon and it doesn't cover the entire suface of the back. We would have to get 60 in to have it come out right. Which is more expensive and harder to come by.
He told me to tell you that we might have to paint the corners black but they will be covered by your A-Pillars. So it really shouldn't be an issue, as soon as we get one done you'll see what I mean.
Thanks

It will just spread like the plaque on here. We all love C/F a little too much. Some are even referring to themselves as Carbon Fiber ******...cough *tC4italy* cough....

Can we paint or dye our glass moon roof/sun roof sliding covers to match the C/F? I wouldn't want the stock grey with the dark c/f

I have the books on the parts for the airbags and headliner and you really can't tell. Which means I have one question, When the airbags deploy it comes out of the side pillars, but does it hit the headliner in anyway? I didn't take the headliner out of the guys car so I'm really not sure of the set up.

Someone please find out!!

In my opnion it would have no effect on the airbags but being absolutly sure I have to know.

Thanks

hmm... i don't think you can use them if you have side curtain airbags justin...

it rests right up against behind the headliner and comes downwards as a curtain.

only a small part of it is actually behind the a-pillar.. and the amount of force that small part alone places when it's set off is why the a-pillar has that special clip.

if you want some pics... here's a thread someone posted awhile back
https://www.scionlife.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=133303

yeah... i'm sure it won't be a safe thing to install for those who have them.. :?
