hey the airbags arent nice..my last accident in my '03 mazda6
the airbags deployed and I got a rug burn so to speak on my forearm!

Yes the airbags are fine. My knees were a lil red but nothing hurt...i watched the pole fall down so I was very alert.

Damn.....glad your alright. I'm going to go out on a limb and say it's totaled.

If you lose control.....for whatever the reason....and hit a stationary object you are getting a citation and if you fight it you will lose.

What can you honestly say in your defense?

Your vehicle has computers that monitor and control certain aspects of your vehicle. Did you know this? There is a system to record data in a crash or near car crash event. The SRS air bag sensor assembly contains the EDR. In a crash or near crash event this device records some or all of the following information.
1.Engine Speed (alais RPM)
2. Wheather the brake pedal was applied
3. VEHICLE SPEED
4 To what extent the accelerator pedal was depressed
5. Position of transmission selector or what gear it was in.
6.Whether the seat belts were fastened or not for driver or passenger.
7. Drivers seat position
For the remaining information as to what the EDR records (and you will be really surprised) go to your owners manual (for TC) page roman numeral 4 and 5. Let me know what you folks think about this spyware.

let me make this clear. I wasnt trying to be boy racer. I simply started sliding over a wet road and there was nothing I could do to stop.

 

5% tint?!?!?! what can you see at night? i doubt you even see your fingers inside your car w/o the light from the dash

 

where have I said I had 5% and what does that have to do with anything? I have 15% all around

 

Glad that you are ok and tCs can be replaced!! It was wierd here in So Cal yesterday thunder, lightning, and plenty of rain till about 2:00PM!! Something we don't see here often!
