i understand that the manual recommends not towing with a tc. but my question is: does anybody have any experience towing anything with this car. I am looking to tow only 400lbs plus a small trailer and am wondering if I really will damage anything on my car

 

i know a guy that tows a jet ski, there like 400 pounds. it hasent damaged it yet that he knows of. if you have yourself and 4 passengers thats like 7 or 800 pounds of cargo depending how fat they are. dont take my word for it though

 

It's not the smartest thing to tow with a unibody car, but it's your ride.

 

at least you understand that the manual doesn't recommend it.

though i wouldn't recommend it myself.. i would just make sure to look at the tC's load limits.
