Hey guys I'm sitting up here at Serra Toyota in Birmingham Alabama and was bored out of my mind. Just wanted to know what you guys thought of a few things.

1.) When I buy my new tC should I get in factory upgrades?
2.)If yes to above which ones would you suggest?
3.) This is gonna make a huge argument but what color is the best?

both blk and white looks great... best looking colors i seen... now with factory upgrades they are an arm and a leg so if you dont want to be spending tht much at the dealer... just wait and get the same or better part when u walk out!!!

 

only things i would think about is the floor mats + cargo cover, but you can get that @ sparks for cheaper. See if oyu can get them to throw it in for free!

 

I have dealt with them before and they try and say the "No Haggle" policy doesn't deem them to throw in free "goodies"

 

my mats and cargo mat were free, as were my upgrades (trd muffler and strut bar) had to pay for the fogs and spoiler.. but get what YOU want to get.. id really suggest like they said, find it somewhere other than the dealer.. besides your going to change out the exhuast soon anyways ;)

 

well im stealing the HKS Exhaust off my totalled one and will just put it right onto this one.

 

I like all the colors.. just go with the cheapest one on the lot! ;) That's what I did! Ended up with Nautical Blue.. think it's a very nice, classy color.

Dark colors suck with dirt so if you don't like cleaning your car often get a light color and I would get a spoiler at the dealership. everything else you can get cheaper and probably install yourself. if you don't feel like getting an alarm somwhere else you can get the scion alarm also.

 

it all depends on what your priorities are if u plan on getting certains item afterwards say tyc tails or lip kit if u can afford the extra 20 dollars a month then do it if not get it stock but regardless ur gonna end up spending the money either way

 

No, there "no haggle" policy is only for taking off things which they can't do...i got my OEM lip kit thrown in free...so yeah all u gotta do is work the salesman, don't let him work u!

 

btw black is the sexiest but if I had to choose again probably white

Unfortunately that's up to the dealership, and most people (like myself) don't know some dealers will throw in free stuff until it's too late. I really tried, but my dealer wouldn't do ANYTHING, and lead me to believe that was part of the "pure pricing" policy, but it's now clear he was full of BS.

 

OEM Lip kit & Lip spoiler. Just so you wont have to drill into your own car? But thats just me
