Default tracking help

i ordered my header via Fedex.... and upon tracking it i got "Shipment exception"
cannot locate recipient. i live in NJ and this all happened in CA

anyone know what i should do?

Either the person gave you the wrong tracking information or they put in the wrong address

call fedex and see what the deal is also contact whoever you ordered from

i tried both speed-element.com refuses o email me and the only fedex number i could find is just a computer... anyone know what number i can call for fedex

go through the menu options, etc for the number you called. you'll eventually get a person.

Most probably due to wrong address put by the shipper.

Continue calling fedex, and keep mentioning "Agent"...that's how I usually get through...I haven't tried but try pressing "0" if that helps too.

so i finally got a CSR from fedex.... she was VERY helpful, she explained that speed-element.com had the correct adress but wrong city and state. its fixed and i should get them next friday
