Trade in my '08 tC?
The salesman said he could potentially get me 11,000 off the sticker price.
Worst part is to get these to have decent gas mileage, I have to delete the DPF and get a programmer. Another 3,000 or more dollars to get some decent power and MPG up to about 22.

Get it IMO. It's a more grown up and much more versatile vehicle.
Also with the DPF delete, EGR delete (if you want) and an MP8 or other programmer that truck will tear just about any normal passenger car new one. Great passing power for sure.
My girlfriends dad has an 08 4dr non dually

Do it. I'd take a Dodge Diesel over the tC any day. It sucks that they don't make the 5.9 anymore. To the guy who made the comment about depreciation, those trucks hold their value SO MUCH better than toyotas it's almost a joke.
On a final note, Dodge will actually honor their warranty in case something goes wrong, instead of trying to jew you out of it like Toyota always does.
One more note to the OP... don't get the training wheels...
