Transportation Assistance Information
I currently have a scion tc supercharger and my dealer wants to have the car for a whole day to run some test on it. I ask this because the service guy that was helping me said that my warranty does not cover the loaner car. I said ok and went home because they can't look at my car until monday. Also he said if they replace my supercharger that they still would not help me on a loaner car. I was wondering if the dealer has to provide me a loaner car or do I have to pay for it myself. Thanks.

yes, if they have to keep your car for more than one day, they have to provide you wit transpertation assistance. but it does not apply if they repairs can be completed in one day, but cannot be completed because of a scheduling conflict.
so if they can do the work in one day, they don't have to provide you with transportation assistance, but if it does take more than one day, they have to provide you with one.
