Yeah. The TRD exhausts were available at the end of August. I had mine put on as soon as I got the car.

I ordered my exhaust from mcgeorgeparts.com and me and my dad installed it ourselves in about 30 minutes and we were taking our time. It was a lot of money for just an axle back buuuut oh well. I'm waiting for more aftermarket options to be released before I buy anything else. I have the TRD springs sitting in my room I just haven't found the time or will to install them.

Where is the best place to buy the TRD Exhaust from? I was going to buy it from the dealer, but they charge to much. mcgeorgeparts.com seems a bit high, but better then I've seen. ANyone else know where I can get one for a cheaper price? Beside ebay. Also if I buy it from a place lets say in NY is it smog ready for Cali? (where I live)

Just did a little checking on McGeorge at $366 + $75.00 shipping and Sparks at $388 + $31.70 shipping. Do the math. Sometimes the cheapest isn't the best deal.

Hi
Ken at sparks is right they are cheaper on the exhaust . We were charging less for shipping on this item till we looked at our UPS inv. UPS adds a extra $35.00 $40.00 shipping to this item on top of paying for a 90lb package . It is not shown with normal charges on the bill but it is there they just don't realize it yet . It cost $82.00 to ship this to the west coast when you add in the hidden shipping charges . We would like to sell and ship it for less but to do so and sell below cost is not a very good practice . We are in negations with other carriers to drop what is called a OS3 surcharge on this size package but till then see us for all your other Scion and TRD items as always we try to provide the best price and service possible.

If you are in our area Richmond Va. we would be happy to sell it for $366.00 picked up at our store no shipping charges

As Ken says Do the math. Sometimes the cheapest isn't the best deal. "at least for them on this item "

Selling at low prices is great but losing money on a sale is not

Holy crap!!!! All these 399 prices are making my head spin!! You can buy a quality axle back for your tC at Precisionmuffler.com at 285.00!!!!! Now thats a lot cheaper and you get a better tone!! Cheaper and already in america and ready to ship!! You can't beat that! :D

the precisionmuffler.com tC section:

Granted, our cars are made by Toyota, and I'm also friends w/ Paul. And yes, I also have a few TRD parts, but not all TRD are better than the next. Please don't hit me paul!

This is just my opinion now.

If I had a tC, just from my experience of getting to drive one, I would add the Injen intake and exhaust. Sure there's Greddy, Aem, Precisionmuffler.com, and prolly a host of others now the SEMA is in full swing, but I loved the response and the sound.

I'm also waiting to see what Magnaflow does for the catback system for the tC since the xB system is so nice..

I have no financial interest in Injen, nor am I sponsored by them or any other company/manufacturer mentioned in my post.

The warranty is only voided if the car was damage due to an-authorized modification. IE, if you put a turbo in your car, you blow up the engine, and you go to Toyota and want the engine replaced.

Look how many people on this site have replaced springs, shocks, sway bars, and wheels that are not marketed by TRD.

The precisionmuffler.com tC axle back does not void the warranty. It can do nothing to damage anything, just like the TRD. only the our axle back is priced way cheaper!!
