Default TRD Racing Emblem

If you make a few modifications to your tC that involve TRD parts. Do you think its tacky to put a TRD Racing emblem on the back?

Opinions please . . . thx.

I might go with some small vinyl TRD logos on the glass (or maybe even the front fenders behind the wheels or on the trunk,) but I don't think I'd put a badge on the car.

Was thinking of putting it on the opposite side of where the "tC" is on the trunk. Where the dealer stuck his emblem on originally before I debadged it.

The side seems too clean to put a vinyl sticker behind the front fender. I like the sticker on the window idea though. thx.

i put a trd decal on the piece of glass that lifts up when you open the sunroof, i think that spot is perfect for a decal.

as for the badge, i like how it looks on the opposite side of the tC badge.. where can i get one?

There is a store down the road from me that sells a TRD racing badge. The store name is "AutoFreak" in Edgewater, NJ.

Let me know if you need any more info.

Why? Why put sticker/emblems/etc on your car? Even if you have every trd part available? Just so people know that you have cash? I'm 110% sure that most don't know what TRD is (rhymes with turd, though), and whoever's left will think that you are a poseur ricer with stickers. If you buy performance parts - buy them for performance, not to justify putting an extra sticker on the car.

I just love it - people debadge their cars for clean look and then put "TRD emblems" back... Where's common sense?

My car is not getting any stickers put on (well, maybe an NRA sticker, but probably not). My last car, the Matrix, had everything TRD made for it installed, including the supercharger, but it did not have any stupid stickers.

Anyone can come up with a legit reason for a sticker? (unless you are a purely show car, of course and you get PAID to put stickers on).

It's for looks, just like the nike swoosh on your shoes. It may not be your thing, but everyone is entitled. That being said, a small trd emblem on the opposite side of the tc emblem seems a lot more tasteful than that great big TRD sticker. But like I said, it's your car.

I personally won't be stickering any of my car, I live in a not so nice neighborhood. I do have 2 stickers on my current car (handspring and Rockford), but it's a 91 camry. If someone wants to break in, go for it.

hell ya, go for it. it's common sense for civic world that once you put on a SI thing, you gain 80+ hp on your car, isn't it nice? don't forget to put a VTEC sticker on, that's 20 something hp here. hummm.... toyota doesn't make VTEC? most people never know, who care? the most important thing is let people know what ____ you have and think you are cool. hey, we pay ____ load of cash for the car, a $10 emblem is worth of investment. only if i can find the legendary "heart beat of japan" sticker, i will put it on..... no, not my tC, i will put it on my friend's sticker rice out camry, and get some laugh.
