Who has ordered from their site? I ordered some stuff from trdsparks and haven't heard from them no tracking number, no replys to my emails it has been a week.

 

Tons of people on the forums have, including myself. Never heard of an issue. They are definitely a legit site.

I would try calling. It is possible their email is filtering you as spam for some reason or another.

 

I've ordered twice from there. Never a problem. This is uncommon as Sparks is a pretty popular place to order from, among Scion owners.

 

Ordered from them and had no problems quick response and good shipping. Shoot them an email see whats up.

I'm from Cali and have ordered from them to. No issues here although it does take some time for
my orders to reach me here on the "Left Coast".

 

Id say call and see whats up, or just wait a couple of more days to see if you get your stuff. Ive also ordered my S/C from them, got it within a week and a half, and Im in Cali so it took a little longer.

i have ordered from them too and had not problems. I think they got the tracking number out a little late that was about it. I think I got the number the day before it arrived.

I would call or just wait to see if it shows up in a few days.

Every time i have ordered from them it has taken them a week to actually ship it. then it takes another 5 days or so to get here. I dont know if it was because my item were big or what. they'll eventually send you an email with the tracking number.

 

One of the times i've bought from them they misplaced my order and invoice (i guess the person who took my order went on vacation the next day so it got lost in the cracks). BUt when i called they jumped right on it and took care of it. You should try calling instead of emailing. Just my 2cents.

i ordered from them once...and i didnt hear from them until i emailed them...and the problem was that they didnt add the shipping and handling to my order..so my order was just sitting there and they didnt bother contacting me...but they emailed back...and after i payed they got it to me pretty quik

 

a week is in no way a long wait.
