Default tree sap or syrup

So i parked under some pine tree didn't think of it much come out and theres liquid all over my windshield. Im like wtf is it raining throw on the whippers the dots don't move. Im guessing its tree sap or syrup how would i go about geting this off.

Hardend stuff on your glass? razor blade.. If its still goo like rubbing alcohol (captan obvious say-Don't get it on the paint!)

For the glass, this stuff works--

And i'm pretty sure if its on your glass, it may be on your paint as well- depending on how thick it is, you might be able to use just regular detail spray to get it off, but if its really thick, and you have some time on your hands, you could use detailing clay to get it off, and then wax it-

I just washed my car with water and everything came off fine thanks guys.
