Dunno what it's called....the lights that blink when u put the turn signal or parking lights on.....ANYWAY! We have the orange bulb as of now.

I want that to blink white/blue instead of orange. Does anyone know what size bulb and where to buy some and which brand?

It's a 7440 bulb... but it's very likely that it is illegal for it to blink anything but amber.

I have a set of chromed bulbs in mine that still flash amber. Looks MUCH better.

i went from amber --> hyper white --> to now yellow ;D

 

i had white and chromed white and chromed amber and yellow led... all 7440. it took me a while to get the look i liked. alot of the cheap bulbs dont fit well and one actually fell off inside the housing where it took pliers, patience and hours to get it out. i am now using the chromed amber. the led bulbs make them flash twice as fast, which is annoying imo. but any chromed bulb looks way better!

Oh, and the bulbs I have are APC Titans... I got them from Cardomain, but haven't been able to find them just now. I've had them for 2 yrs+ though or around there... zero problems. Haven't had to replace any yet.

They have a "super white" version of the 7440, but it's not chrome, it actually looks blue.

You will have to check local laws but at least in CA you can have white or amber for turn signal indicators (mirrors and the front ones in the headlights)

I know that Squall has white in his headlights for the turn signals.

 

Ya, it's possible that white is OK... but you'd have to check locally, for sure.

reminds me of the eye boogers my dog used to get before she died

 

if u can find the chrome bulbs that shine white get those cuz all cops will see is the blue color of the bulb and not care that it blinks white. i got numerous tix for the blue hyper whites.
