Default Ultimate Shift **** Challenge 2005

ok , I really want a nice shifter for my manual , and prefer a bit of aluminum/titanium/silvery stuff to it.
The OBX shifters just arent doing it for me, neither is the TSW, and the entire MOMO line always looks to much like a cobra head ( i.e. tacky ).

I think our thread is 10 mm, maybe its 11 mm, and perhaps would support Supra *****, BMW maybe,. well anyone have any shots of their setup that is not stock and not OBX,TSW, or MOMO. Any thoughts on thread size and alternatives would make me happy.

Good luck on your challenge and thanks in advance.

i bought my brother a twm weighted **** (and short shifter) for his madza 3 and its great. Its a great couter-weight against the pivot ball on the shifter. The downfall is its alittle pricey. It comes in flat black, stainless, and gun metal (i think).

Hey how does it match with the silver of the dash?? I wanted to buy one but I waited to see how someone else liked it first.

Which one did you buy?

I have the TRD. It's silky soft and looks very classy. It would be perfect if it were weighted. FYI if you put a peice fo tubing under the shift boot it will fit up against the shift **** and not look tacky.

It is just the stock chrome plastic piece flipped upside-down. Works great.

The look matches very well IMO, and the **** is sooo smooth and the perfect size. It isnt as heavy as my old TWM **** or quite as heavy as the stock ****, but thats fine by me. Really isnt much of a noticable difference. Also pretty reasonable compared to other *****...

I've got the Momo F-16 EVO titanium & blk lthr w/ short Momo boot that screws onto the base. The titanium finish matches the center-dash area perfectly. Whenever the CC short shifter gets here, I'll take pictures of the combo and post them.

Toyota shifter thread is M12x1.25.
Subaru shift ***** work as well.

Im rocking an 87 supra shift **** that all the leather fell off of (j/k, I stole it from my friend after he got a new one for his supra)

Im thinking about getting a Celica GT shift ****, or another OEM toyota **** that feels good. Or the Greddy GREX ****.
