Default unsure about installing subwoofer

For those of you that have aftermarket subwoofers installed. Have they affected your car negatively? i dont want to shake every panel in my car loose, and i have a feeling that its going to happen if i install my alpine type x. I Bought it for my grand cherokee about a year ago, but i sold it and bought my tc.

The low vibrations that a subwoofer produces are gonna shake stuff loose. I am sure that they shook things in your jeep loose as well.

Just dynamat it. You should be ok.

I've only got a single 10" sealed with 140w and the car rattles about 20 places inside & out. If you don't want yours to do the same, you're going to have to spend a lot of time, effort and cash to apply the damping material required to stop all the rattles.

It's totally worth it to install a sub. Hands down.

man you wont hear the rattles anyway. if its loud enough to cause rattles your not going to hear it anyway but you could use sound deadener to make it better. i plan on doing that at some point in the future, prolly when i decide to upgrade the speakers and hu. i already have 2 12" kickers in the back and they hit HARD

i have two 12 inch kenwood typhoon subs in a sealed box they are 800 watt max a piece, they have been in for about 3 months, at first not one thing rattled anywhere on the inside, but my spoiler (stock) does really really shake around and my tag goes crazy. now, some stuff on the inside is starting to rattle, but i only hear it when the volume is low, once the volume is cranked up i dont hear it at all, just see things like the roof and sunroof rattling around a lot.
