Default UPDATE - CRACKED WHEEL LOCK .... HELP...Took car to dealer !

I took my car to dealer for some warranty issues. Is all this covered under warranty?

1.Glovebox - on side there is plstic clip that connects to a spring thing so the box wont slam open. Clip broke.

2.Flip over radio wont open all the way, stops halfway.

3.Sunroof cover (FRONT) opens by itself. Especialy under acceleration.

4.Cigarette lighter pops out too early. Only works sometimes.

5.weird metal vibration noise from under front of car ( You know when you take off from 3rd and ur only doing like 8MPH and the car shakes a bit and then eventually picks up speed? Well when i do that i can hear it real good.)

Wow, keep that up and your going to need a new tranny. Who taught you how to drive stick. Based on number 5 alone i wouldnt warranty any of 1-4 you abuse your car and u suck at driving.

^^^ Not to mention he's gonna burn out his clutch.

Don't start in 3rd, there is no reason and you're creating too much wear too early.

The number 5 thing is you breaking your car. Good luck on that. Bogging the motor and going full throttle at 400rpm should kill your car in 15,000 miles. The rattling noise is the stupid gushing out of your ears.

I agree that the noise is most likely caused by the engine bogging down when pushing tall gears like third, or just pushing the gas pedal to hard, too soon in any gear. The bogging/vibration must be causing your engine's exhaust system to jump around enough to rattle your catalytic converter's heat shields, that must be the noise you are hearing.

1) Why were you taking off the wheel locks if they were going to rotate the tires?
2) Are the locks Toyota/Scion/McGard locks from the dealer?

If in 1) it was them taking off the wheel locks, they caused the damage and it should be their problem to fix...

If 2) is true, then I would poke at them for a warranty replacement, regardless.

If 2) is not true, is there a warranty/guarantee that came with the locks?

They are mcgaurd wheel locks, i picked em up from a freind that works at another toyota dealer. I installed them. There claiming that it was already cracked when they got it beacuase of rust that was there. I mean if i can take it off without really messing the wheel up, then i dont care... but i dunno what to try.
