Default UPDATE: going to clear corners any tips

Well today I realized that to clear the corners will not be hard, The orange is just an insert, I popped it out of place today and I am going to try to brake it into little parts and take it out of the headlight housing using needle nose pliers, got all this done and then rain was coming so i had to put it all back on, (work in the morning) so i will be doing this, this weekend, if any of you xb'ers have any tips on this process let me know, i know some of you guys did somewhat the same process on your cars, later K

you might as well try to smoke out the rest of the headlights including the little turn signal inside near the middle of the car.

I wanna know if the "eyebrows" are hollow.. it'd be kinda sweet to run an LED in there either on it's own or from the turn signal... or strobes.

Ok you guys asked for this.

Ok the two Silver arrows are underneath on that water/dirt guard two long brackets from the bumper mount here.

Ok the three Red are underneath as well they are black bolts 10mm heads, they screw into clips that mount on the water/dirt guard

The Blue are the same 10mm black headed screws they are right by the tires u will see them.

Now the Green is tricky, when u get every other bolt off go after the green, it is the same 10mm black headed screw, but it is hidden in the fender wall, so peal back the guard and u will see the bolt when u get that bolt out work the whole side of the bumper out, it feels like its still bolted but its not it just snaps out

Oh and there is 4 plastic snaps that hold the bumper in on the top the Purple u have to use a Phillips head screw driver for and the Orange use a flat head and just pop them up

That’s it!

looks like he doesnt wanna bake his headlights which you'd need to do to smoke it. if he baked it, he wouldnt need to crack the reflector, just pull it out..im know im not gonna mess with the factory seal (personal preference)

I don't know if the head lights are built the same way as the tibby's are, but you might want to check out newtiburon.com DIY section on clear corners. I for one did my clear corners. But the DIY has a lot of pointers you might be able to use, like how to stop the water from getting in and making your head lights foggy.
