They are expensive. For one LED bulb = $5.00. Good luck!
ouch, Oznium has prewired leds with resistors for a little more thn a dollar. im thinkin about gettin a bunch of those and havin a blash with it... i need to get a hot glue gun and stuff too...
what kinda swiches do you have.... and do you have any pics of the switches?

Well the LEDs from Radio shack are rated only 3V and does not require resisters in their circuit. Everything works properly, as long as the LEDs power source is equivelent to 3V.
As far as the mini switches goes, I also got it from Radio Shack. I really don't have spare ones to take pics of. These switches are small. I'd compare their size to an LED bulb. Maybe just a hair bigger. These are the slide switch design. Check out Radio Shack if you have one around from where you're from.

im workin on the 1/24 scale also. the LEDs from oznium are prewired with resistors and what not so they just need power. what kinda power are yours running off of? like what can i use to power the leds? regular AA bateries? or will that not be enough juice for them?
My LEDs power supply is only using 2 AAA duracell batteries.
Two AA Batteries will work if you use LEDs that are rated at 3 volts. Even two D size batteries will power up a 3V LED. Each of those batteries give a 1.5V pwr supply.
I'm not sure about Ozuim LEDs voltage ratings. But if they are for automotive use and are rated at 12V, you'll need 8 conventional batteries(AAA, AA, D). That's not practical considering the little spaces inside the 1/24 diecast. Unless you completely take out the whole simulated interior. Personally, I would select LEDs with the lowest voltage range and choose the smallest battery to power them. Ofcoarse, the batteries rating has to add up to match the LED rating.

im gonna do some "body" work on the car then install the LEDs.
im just trying to figure out what color to paint it. i got bored today so i took it apart. taped everything off, and primered it so far... about 4 hours later
now im gonna run to the store tomorrow and get a couple small cans of paint/clear to see what i can manage :D
