we don't have any dynos of the trd yet. but the true HP gain is about 2-3 HP gain. Just like the trd muffler.

i have dynoed the trd and magnaflow systems for the Tc and found the trd system picked up 3 hp but only 2 ft lbs the magnaflow system lost power evywhere but over 4500 RPM where it picked up 3 hp max. the resinator doesn't hinder power at all but it does keep the noises down a little. i personaly don't like the sound of you system but i have to admit it sounds the best of all the stuff i have heard for these cars.

So your company used the same exact muffler and cat back that we designed at Precisionmuffler.com??? Well, than that would be a surprise to me!!! I don't remember selling the system I designed to you. So the magnaflow muffler I used loses power? any dyno on the exact magna flow muffler I used??

what do you mean? The manifold back system is designed for the xA and the xB. Also for a good cat back, the magnflow cat back is good for the xA and xB. :D

hey twistedtc... seems like your post has been thread jacked ;)

nice setup ;) but just wanted to warn you about Redline fluids (saw on your cardomain page). i know that they are great fluids... but alot of people have complained. they are great for race engines... because they get rebuilt every race. heard that the fluids are slick, but don't do much for protecting parts (not approved by SAE), and as a result alot of people have come out with worn parts on their daily driven cars. this was from e46fanatics.com and IS300.net, just to name a few prominent forums.

hey man thanks for the heads up...currently i dont have any redline fluids in the car but i will soon be putting in the redline mt-90 synthetic manual transaxle gear oil....i had this in my celica and i would stand by it becuz i had it in my gt-s 6 speed tranny for over 1.5 with no problems and my shifts were always smooth and accurate

as far as the motor oil i DOUBT that i will be putting that in the engine as i was going to at 6K miles.....$8.00/quart is very damn expensive but i figured it would be worth it....right now im currently running Mobile 1 5W-30 which is very awesome for $just under $5/quart....

for some reason i want to think that the redline 5w-30 motor oil IS in fact SAE approved becuz i was looking at the bottle the other day at my local advance auto parts store...i will double check that though and search more about the problem with the motor oil and not protecting enough like you said...
