Default Vital Question: Dealership Answers Needed along w/ SL users.

I own a 2006 Auto FM. I want a 2006 Manual SW. The total of my tC w/ all accessories and tax came out at 23,500. If I trade in, I want the lowest # possible on the Super White manual. I want all my accessories currently on my tC to be put in the new tC if I get it.

But most of the stuff I don't know how to take apart and put it back together again. Would the Toyota/Scion dealership I trade into for example [if I beg] take my TYC tail lights from my old tC and put it on the new tC while putting the stock red lights from the new tC on to the one I trade in?

I'd part with the Pedastal Spoiler and Ground Effects [since there in FM anyway] but the accessories I'd want changed are:

TYC Tail Lights _ Fog Lights _ Amber LED Light Enhancements _ Auto Dimming Mirror _ 10" Bazooka Subwoofer _ TRD Sport Muffler _ TRD Front Strut Tie Bar

It would be SUPER SWEET if Toyota did that for me. I'd swear to always buy from them. It would be a hefty favor.. but I'd be giving them my business twice..

Thanks in advance for the help.

Edit: Maybe I should just forget about the Manual Trans. and take my care to Maaco and get it painted white.

BTW: This is the tC that has inspired me to evolve to the SW manual.

The only thing I don't like about this tC is the Black [or C/F can't tell] gas-cap and the seats. Other than that... pure orgasm.

If you're only going for the color, it's easier to just paint it. If you're doing it for the transmission, it is a different story.

im guessing you dont have any of the stock replaced parts.

you'r better off parting out and go back bone stock then buy the car you wanted.

toyota would never do 2x labor unless you want to pay them.

I'll probably just stay with my tC. Auto is that horrible. I'll just save the money I would have wasted on the new tC and save it for the TRD S/C.

Then I could take on the local pair of black s/c ss cobalts.

most of the things you want to switch are pretty much diy.. and plus if you trade you might be getting some money back cause stock tc is what at the most 18K including taxes and what not. and you could use that money for some more mods. im in the process of doing the same thing.

remember that trade-ins are always a bad idea...no matter if it's a tC.

My other opinion is to make your car look better than the one you showed us...don't be a biter.
