voltage stabilizer

hey i have a raizin voltage stabilizer. and i was wondering where else could i ground the engine wires other than the intake manifold because its plastic. could i ground to exhaust side instead?

99% of intake manifolds have been plastic for the past 20 years. The manifold on the tC is plastic. The TB is aluminum, and the stock air intake is plastic.

P.s. voltage "stabilizers" are a waste of money.
